The Problem

Real estate investment firms receive many inbound leads, but most are not qualified.

Sales teams end up spending time filtering low-intent prospects instead of focusing on serious investors.

Invision Investments had a strong presence in the South Florida market, but their digital infrastructure wasn't aligned with the premium audience they were targeting. Website performance, SEO, and lead flow were not optimized for high-intent investors in Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

What I Learned Building This

The biggest lesson from this project was that automation is only valuable when it's built around how the business actually operates. The AI qualification layer only worked because we mapped the exact criteria the sales team was already using to filter leads manually.

I also learned that the real bottleneck in most lead systems isn't volume. It's the time between a lead arriving and someone responding. Automating that gap changed the entire sales dynamic for the team.
